Pros about the position as order picker at Sligro Food Group are the regular shifts, the relatively good pay, the flexibility between day and night shifts and the good atmosphere among colleagues at the workfloor

Cons

Order picking is boring, monotonous and opportunities to develop a career or to develop oneself are non-existent. Sligro is like virtually every company where there exists a big gap between unskilled, manual workers and management levels in the sense that suggestions of the people who actually do the job (i.e. order pickers) about convenient pick locations/route improvements etc. are routinely ignored.
