Cons
The lack of resource management in the company is ridiculous, especially at HR. For a company that claims to care about their employees, they do a really bad job at it. Schedules would come in a week prior. Not the manager's fault as they were trying very hard. The company cares too much about profits and opening new stores. District managers feel like they can treat you like absolute crap and be nice to you in the next second. They don't give a damn about their employees.
