Bogus Performance Reviews for Hike Denial: Despite working 12-hour days at client if we requested for a salary hike is met with claims of "underperformance criticisms conveniently absent during regular work. Hike reguests are consistently met with postponements or outright rejections based on fabricated reasons.( No proper clients also) Toxic Management & Zero Appreciation: The team offers no appreciation, and the management. especially "YA SA RA YA," is exceptionally poor.
