Pros
Its a very easy environment to work. Go to work, do your job, go home. If you want, you can go all crazy and become a big magenta fan. If you are not too ambitious and/or like to play by the rules then maybe this is your place. You can make promotions but only by the hierarchy that has been defined. Benefits and salary are really good. And so is diversity, at least they try hard.
Cons
For an ambitious person its a place that smothers you. If you do more than in your job description, because you want to show yourself or you have a good pro-active idea, its actually discouraged. You might be stepping on somebodies toe's... Between some departments there are long-standing issues going on, that make some people actually scream at eachother, and nobody from management is taking action to do anything about it. And last thing, depends on the person but: there are a lot of employees obsessed with magenta haha
