      Make you travel and see the world Good pay! Help energy transition Give you responsibility at early stage as well the offshore experience is of great impact most of the times the working day finishes at 17.00 or even before

      Sometimes the too much traveling is not making your life easy (friends? Relationship?)

      Pros

      Van Oord is a leader in the offshore wind and dredging. They have a great company culture and look after their employees. They are doing the best projects in the offshore wind industry and their name is great for cv. Working environment is facilitating a high work life balance. Great work rotation when operational. People are great!

      Cons

      Maybe it is not international as expected. Non Dutch people will struggle to be responsible for major projects in short time and despite experience they will be working more on operational roles.
