      Flexible work schedule, you don't have to work full time and usually you can choose the days and they have a lot of locations and companies to work for

      Cons

      The management are not very nice (depends on the company)

      Toxic culture, unrealistic management expectations

      Pros

      Worked at the beautiful Booking.com campus. Time management was strictly adhered to, so I always took breaks and went home on time.

      Cons

      Toxic working culture, with colleagues quick to blame each other when things go wrong, and lots of drama amongst the baristas. Very, very high volume service made worse by an over-abundance of product offerings.
