ALDI Internship interview questions

The first step was to submit a resume. Those whose resumes were selected recieved an on campus interview. This was followed by a day of on-site interviews and included a tour of facilities.

We started with a dinner where various managers were introduced. The dinner was very helpful because it provided information about the company and allowed you to ask any questions you might have. The interview for me was intense. I have experience working at a grocery store, so that might have been why the questions were very hard to answer. They are looking for confident leaders.
