Online test then group interview or 1 on 1 if successful the next stage is experience day in store being shown how the store works and task you'll be expected to do, it's a chance for you to see if the job is something you'll enjoy/capable of as well as for the store manager to get to know you abit. Next step is contract signing and finally day 1.

Takes around a month with video interview, group interview and a final interview there are gaps between every interview but its a good cooldown time. Its a pretty straightforward process but its not bad.

Short and straight to the point. The interviewer didn't waste time and allowed me to speak about my experience. They made me feel super comfortable. t was over the phone so it was nice and quick. Less than half an hour.
