In-person Interview: During this interview, the hiring team evaluated my demeanor, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle customer-facing responsibilities. Questions covering topics such as customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and motivation to work in a retail environment were asked. Scenario-based Assessment: I was also presented with hypothetical scenarios related to customer service or store operations. This assessment basically allows the hiring team to gauge my ability to think on my feet, handle difficult situations, and provide appropriate solutions.

Was a group interview as part of the annual recruitment drive, forms to fill out, power point presentation to watch followed by quick one on one interview. Couple of questions. Nothing too difficult to answer. Well planned process

Interview
You get split into groups for behavioural situations where you base your answers on how you believe the situations should be prioritised. You make your own determinations and then get split into groups as assessor looks on. Then it's followed by a short numerical questions where you answer math questions.
