ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

After applying online, I was called to an in person interview which lasted 15 minutes. I was asked several questions as to what role I was applying to, why I wanted to work there, what challenges I was expecting.

Fairly easy. The question were based on the cv and the manager was very patience about. I was nervous but as time goes I was comfortable. The interview is mostly about the applicant, so listen attentively. Pay attention to non-verbal cues such as posture, alertness, dress, and personal grooming.
