Interview
thorough process which covered all of the role details and allowed me to understand what is expected of myself. Would highly recommend their process to be utilised with other companies.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Claremorris) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interviewer explained what Aldi is about, how it works and the requirements of the Store Assistant position. I was asked the most common questions like "Tell me about yourself" "Why do you want to work for Aldi?" "What is your previous job experience?" etc. .
At the end he gave me a math problem sheet which had somewhere about 15 questions with sequence pattern numbers. There were a few options to choose from for each answer, and only one of them was the correct answer. I think I had somewhere 5-15 minutes to solve as much as I could. He took up the sheet and told me that I will get an answer if I got accepted in two to three days.
