ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

Applied online with a quiz, then got an interview in person with a menager. The enterview was easy and lasted about 30 minutes where the menager talked about the role and the hours of work.

it was not a good interview at all, I feel like Aldi is asking for people who are selfish, who don't care about any other things rather than their own tasks and is quite dissapointed while I answered I would help what is more important than my own task
