ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

Easy, manager was nice, applying through the website was an interesting and fun change. I went to a different store for the first interview and they took a week to get back to be afterwards

Apply through the webpage of Aldi where you have to take several tests: situationers, a bit of math and logic. If you are successful you are then invited to do a video interview which will last around 5 minutes with 3 or 4 questions, typical things like "Why Aldi" "Tell me about a time you experienced great customer service" etc. After, is the face to face interview with the area manager, short interview with typical behavioral questions and "why aldi" (again) and a situationer like "what would you do if you have more pallets than what can fit in the storage and your manager is in a meeting?" I hear there's also a math quiz of sorts if you are liked by the manager and you can see the direction of the interview through this. If you're not going to the next phase (store experience) then the interview feels rushed and very minimal details is given by the interviewer. The interviewer was also quite late and I was just standing there outside their office which was quite annoying since they make one go through quite a rigorous process of assessment online only to be met with tardiness.
