Interview
2 basic rounds, one interview with the area manager, which took about 25 minutes, assessing my decisions when given scenarios, as well as basic skills necessary for the job; prioritisation, arethmatic etc. This was followed 2 weeks later by an in-store store experience with the store manager. He walked me through the shop, its basic operations, what would be expected of me, and the expected procedure for stock rotation and whatnot. This was an allotted 2 hour appointment.

Interview
If successful on online questionnaire, you will be invited for a group interview. In the group interview you will be split into groups and haveto do a group task such as a survival skills scenario, they are looking for people that take charge of the group. You will then haveto do a maths test and an aptitude test. They don't ask you any questions in the group interview.
If successful at this stage you will be invited to an in store interview with the manager who asks all about you etc but what I gathered they don't like anyone with a personality or that's interested in conversation they don't like people who would talk to customers! If you pass this stage you then haveto do a trial.
