ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

I applied in person but the general application is online. This is then followed by a group interview (tip: make sure you are on time, you will not be interviewed if you are late). If successful from the group interview, you then have a one on one with an area manager and store manager.

Applied online and thought I wasn’t successful as I hadn’t been contacted for around 3 weeks. I then got an email to arrange a 1:1 interview and was offered the job.
