ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

20 minute interview with an assistant area manager. Asked me about myself why Aldi usual interview question. Would hear if I was successful within 24 hrs. Felt at ease made to feel comfortable

Group interview, about 1 hour, basic introduction about you and your experience and favourite aldi product. then it was 5 min group discussion on the role you applied for and history of aldi. following that was a quick 5 min 5 questions maths test. after that a 20 min group task where you were given a scenario and 6 situations, as a group you had to come up as to how you would deal with all 6 situations based on the scenario then 1 person presents the decision we made to the assessors.
