I applied online and have gone through the phone interview process and it was a positive experience, they mostly asked about my past experience and asked if I had any questions for them, this was a panel interview

via skype interview with several questions. two interviewers joined. theoritical questions they asked. they do not ask any questions about my background. the questions were not qualified and good. They tried to be different but it was very bad evaluation
