I had a total of 3 interviews and there were 2 people present at each, usually a more senior member such as a manager and a person that you would work alongside. The questions were mostly around determining which area within the team you would be most suited to.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ASML (Wilton, CT)

Question 1
they ask about your past experiences (if any). If you just got out of school, you would talk about your recent projects and internships
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ASML in Jun 2021
Interview
There were three interviews in total, one telephonic, and two virtual meetings. The initial phone call was with an HR representative whose questions mainly were on the motivations behind the application.
The main focus of the other two interviews (one with a Group Lead, and the other with the Manager above the Group Lead) was also my motivations to join. there were several questions about my previous work experience, including scenarios and deliverables. As I was from a fairly reputable university with a Master's degree, technical questions were not a part of the interview.
The interviewers in general were polite, and they did ask me to repeat my motivations to check my consistency. They were careful to give no hints of their decision during the interview, so I had little idea about my performance then.
The process was on the longer side; the first contact of the review of my application came two weeks after I had applied and the first call was scheduled a week after that. The first video meeting was two weeks afterwards, and the second one even two weeks later. There was no communication about the result for quite a while; I received a phone call confirming my acceptance around 10 days after the last interview.
The process will depend on the schedules of the hiring team and will vary a lot for each position, given the size of the company.
