I was contacted by two different ASML recruiters. The first recruiter emailed me and then never responded to my email back. The second recruiter was unaware that the other recruiter had contacted me and he set up a phone interview. He was looking at my resume as we were on the phone, so he was completely unprepared and eventually realized that he didn't want to hire me after all by the time he finished reading. Though he found my prior work experience interesting so wasted another 15 minutes on the phone asking me questions after saying that he wouldn't hire me for the job. Overall waste of time.

Question 1
No real questions were asked, only questions off of my resume- "so you went to *** college?"
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ASML (Wilton, CT) in Apr 2017
Interview
I saw ASML at an on-campus job fair, and sat down with two hiring managers (one for design, one for manufacturing). After this, the recruiter contacted me to bring me on-site (Wilton), where I interviewed for the manufacturing position (See title). I spent the day meeting with different levels of individuals, including people who would be my co-workers, and several higher-ups.
Everyone I interviewed with was very professional and friendly. I really felt as though they wanted me to be happy/engaged/successful if I chose to work with them.
After the on-site portion, there was a follow-up from the recruiter about 1 week later to get my 'feel'. After another 2 weeks, he called to update me on the hiring status (would probably make an offer), but by then I had a change of plans so I removed myself from consideration for this position.

Am I a hands-on person or an abstract problem solver
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASML (Veldhoven)
Interview
