The whole process was smooth, without delays and/or meeting alterations. The interview was separated into three parts, HR, Manager, Manager Director. In each part there was a different topic for example HR focused on getting to know you and present you the company, Manager was focused on day to day activities and how would your experience would be a good fit (a case study was also part of this stagwe) and finaly the MD was focused on the big picture and wheter or not you would want to be part of it. Like I said there was no time overlpas between each stage and the final offer came within the timeframe the firm had given me.
