They just take the CV and then no interviews are scheduled. Then they remember after a couple of months and ask to schedule the interview and by that time person has joined another organisation.
You have around 1.5h with a PM "expert" to explain how would you resolve different team dynamic issues, deliveries behind schedule, and overall problems with clients. Both in local language and english.

First call with recruiter was basic exploration. 2nd call was a bit of a skills exploration. 3rd call was further skills evaluation. Then a recap conversation with the recruiter. All in all very straight forward experience.
