I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Accenture (Noida) in Mar 2015
Interview
You'll have to spare the entire day for the process. Unnecessarily lengthy and boring. Sometimes due to manager's unavailability, you could be asked to come some other day. Suspense is maintained till the day you come over to the operations floor about the shift timings and the kind of work you would be doing.

Interview
I would say interview process is normal. The person with average knowledge with good communication gets selected easily. No need to prepare hard for the interview procedure. If you answer averagely and if the manager is satisfied you will get a job offer.
