In addition, you will asked to show your documents. Once done, you need to go through ops round upon successful completion of HR round. Thereafter, you will have to showcase your skills in convincing the ops manager. He/ she will be asking you questions related to the process, in general and your work experience. If the ops manager feels your resume to be stable, you are good to get recruited.
