I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru)
Interview
One round of telephonic interview (Technical) for about 1 hour. Detailed and to the point. 1 round HR with silly questions. Technical interview is more or less based on the resume and previous work experiences. In addition to that there was technical questions on subject varying difficulty levels. Interviewer was friendly and will give ample time to think and answer. Maturity level of answer matters for upper level candidates.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
Three levels of interview, initial screening by the recruiter, followed by a technical interview after one week and another final interview a week later. The technical interview is more skill based/experience questions and a few technical questions. The final interview has situational and few technical questions to assess your experience and fit with the company.

Question 1
How do you manage a difficult employee if you are a Supervisor
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Bangkok) in Jul 2011
Interview
The company visited my university, so I had a chance to submit an application form directly to a HR personnel. A few weeks later, she called me for an interview. The first interview was with a HR personnel. The second one was with mid-level manager, and the last one was with one of the senior executives. The most important one would be the second interview when you would be asked more difficult questions and whether you want to join the solution workforce (which I selected to become a software engineer) or the consulting workforce (that you can become an analyst or consultant).

Question 1
Questions asked during the interview are not too difficult. Most of them can be expected like questions about your own strengths and weaknesses. The most difficult question would be the question about your achievement or failure, obstacles that you have faced, and how to overcome it. The interviewer seemed to try to assess your problem-solving ability, so try to demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills well during the interview.
