Accenture Team Leader interview questions

I had the worst experience in my 7 years IT career with Accenture. My scheduled time was 4:30 PM so I took half day leave from office and drove 30 kms to reach the venue at 4 PM. After clearing 2 stages of security, I reached on 6th floor before 4:30 PM. I had all the documents except black and white Xerox of ID card. I had a color laminated Xerox of my ID, but I was told that they need only Black and white full page xerox. I spoke to Saurabh and even he was not ready to help in this. I even offered to give my original ID and 15 mins to go and get Xerox, but he said that I am already late and done for today. It was nowhere mentioned that you need only black and white full page xerox. I interviewed with many organizations earlier and was never faced with similar situation ever before.
