Accenture Team Leader interview questions

I posted my resume on the company's portal and got a call for a Telephonic round after a month. The good thing is after each round we receive the status on the recruitment which keeps you informed. Then was another telephonic round by a senior management on the business knowledge. After two weeks there was a video conference held in Bangalore where they asked business questions and a few technical questions. Finally there was a round by the HR on salary discussions.

There were two rounds of interview. 1 was technical and 2 was managerial + technical. Both was telephonic. Interview was average and based on practical experience. 1. Skill specific interview covering basic scenarios 2. Managerial was based on the project experience related to overall management tasks.
