passed the tests and interviews, was asked for current salary/salary expectation before a potential offer, and offer did not come. felt it not sincere and seemingly testing the market or simply to get solutions to business problems, as the reason was a lack of need by any team which should be communicated at an early stage. position continue to remain for a long time as far as i could recall

Was good. It took quite some time in between the interview. Overall 3 rounds which i would consider like 2 since there is not much happening for the last. I would suggest point out the salary expectations.

Interview
The interviewer was very professional and had a specific type of questions prepared for the interview.
In professional terms - I have no remarks/complaints.
The main issue is: The interviewer was very strict and maintained the "poker face" during the interview.
Which is obviously acceptable.
I believe that every interviewer/candidate should ask himself whether a non-friendly type of conversation is suitable for him.
For me - it is a huge turn-off.
