Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at Airbus as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 2 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). A challenging but enjoyable process.
The hiring procedure consists of five steps: application, online tests, application screening, assessment centre, and job offer. I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the assessment centre, which included a group exercise, individual presentation, and interview.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Airbus (New Delhi)
Interview
Hiring team was good they scheduled interview as per convienence. At first your resume will be shortlisted then you will be called for HireVue interview, then if you get shortlisted in that round than your technical interview will be schedule in technical interview they will ask questions related to programming languages like C, C++, Java , Python , C# and they will ask about your projects and will give you mechanical questions also even if you are from non mechanical background.
