Airbus interview questions

I was contacted by the manager who wanted to schedule an interview with me. The interview was mostly about my previous experiences and some projects I have done during my studies. It focused as well on my motivations for the job.

Recruiter and hiring manager were easy but they expect to know what you are doing which is fair. But 3rd interview with Director was not fair because of his lack of knowledge 3 interview step process 1. recruiter Easy and Fair 2. Hiring manager Harder but fair, he understands the job and know what he doing 3 Director Hardest but not too knowledgeable about the job specifics which makes his questions not fair to the candidate
