Entretien via la plateforme Hirevue( questions classiques : présentez vous, votre projet professionnel,) , puis j'ai été contacté pour passer un entretien visio avec mon tuteur d'entreprise (c'était plus un échange qu'un entretien).

Worked with the recruitment team and applied externally for three project manager roles for a new team that opened up. Interview process was the following: 1. Hiring Manager Interview 2. Senior Leadership Interview 3. Human Resources Interview Rejected from all roles because I didn't have enough "Airbus" knowledge. They selected internal candidates instead. Advice to candidates: get a position as a contractor here first before they will hire you full time. Unfortunately, they do not value diverse experienced candidates.
