Lento y clásico, con psicotecnico y entrevista tipo de RRHH seguido de una con mas contenido del hiring manager. A nivel organizativo el primer paso es largo, ocupando una mañana no por las pruebas en si sino por la lentitud del proceso.

Process took about 3 weeks. Applied and 2 days later HR reached out to schedule a 1.5 hour interview. The interview was a behavioral, technical, and assessment. One other interview was scheduled to meet the head of the department. Very quick and efficient process.
