You do on online assessment. They are behavioural based , multiple choice. Fairly easy. I’ve done this test twice and passed easily. The next phase is a phone interview. Both my experiences honestly sucked. I prepared significantly for these interviews and my experience directly aligned with the role yet they did not ask me a single question about any experiences Or anything about their leadership principles and how it aligns with my work. Both interviews just asked me to walk them though my resume and then dominated the conversation telling me about the compensation works and next steps. If I could have gotten an opportunity to Atleast speak to my experience and skills I’m sure they could have learned why I even applied to the role.

I had a phone screen, phone interview and a 4-5 hour in-person interview. I spoke with several employees individually who asked targeted questions about past behaviors. They were focused and it went smoothly with short breaks in between. I was able to ask questions throughout and after.
