Amazon Manager - Operations interview questions

The process took approximately 2 weeks. The recruiter contacted me via email in reference to an open opportunity for the Operations Manager. She asked a series of questions. Upon receipt of my answers, she scheduled my phone interview with a current Ops Manager in Seattle. They asked a series of STAR questions. The interview was fairly easy but it should still be practiced. The company leadership principles should also be reviewed in advance.

First contact was HR girl from, phone call, second was hiring manager phone call, third was a face to face 4 x interviews x 45 min each in a raw same day
