Interview
Excellent start to the interview process.
Applied via Indeed and was recruited by a recruiter within 2 days. Very professionally organized... At first. Within 2 weeks, I successfully completed the phone interviews and was informed immediately that I would advance to in person interview in LA.
Weeks passed by and I received no communication. My candidacy moved from to the East Coast. I was told that I would interview in person within the next 2 weeks. As the time approached, I reached out with no response. I finally relieved a response that the interview had passed and miscommunication within the team led to me missing the interview. I was then scheduled for a different city. Same result- miscommunication. I finally decided to pull my name.
