Once accepted, my resume was sent, along with a webcam interview where I responded to prompts, to a recruiter that specialized in the position that I applied and was familiar with my background. Then I had another phone interview with a person with the job that I was being groomed for. After that, an on-site where I had 4 interviews that were all situation based.

Employee referral got me though to the hiring team, had to reschedule the interview to accommodate the availability of the hiring team. The interviewer never seemed to be interested in hiring an external candidate and looked like the role was already given to an internal candidate.
