I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Tracy, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
30-45 minute phone interview on your schedule... Be mindful of time zones. Questions were pretty straight forward behavioral like others have listed here. After that you have an on-site interview. Started off with a 45 minute tour of the FC then 4 one-on-one interviews with senior managers. A written question of which there was two to choose from prior. A math question after the tour followed up with one interviewer reviewing it and administrating another more complex question with the same process to solve. Was a very organized process.

Very lengthy and repetitive with approx 7-8 rounds with different people who asked situation based questions and action taken under challenging scenario to resolve the situation. There will be various situations given and you will be asked how you can resolve the situation and how it would benefit the company.

Question 1
Case based scenarios and situations. Lots of past experience questions and they were trying to identify the leadership qualities in the candidate.
Would recommend thorough preparation and data to support the action taken under different challenging scenarios.
Phone interview with random Operations Manager who seemed disinterested in the whole process. Very little time to give answers to the interviewer's questions. Interrupted by interviewer. Given a nonsensical math quiz at the end of the interview.
