Amazon Manager Operations interview questions

The whole process was shockingly horrible. Amazon was my top choice employer but half way through the process I started wondering if I even wanted to work for this company. My first interviewer changed without notice. My second round got rebooked with the same person. One of my third interviews got cancelled 4 hours before the actual interview. The recruiting team gave me the wrong time to cancel. They send me the written exercise twice. They made me do my SHL twice and at short notice. One interviewer was pretty patronising. The hiring team took no notice of the above complaint. Looking at the above I am sad to see such a big company treat potential candidates as such. Big doesn't mean good. They really need to work on their people skills. Robotic process riddled with stupid mistakes.

Es gab zwei Stufen. 1. 45 Minuten mit einem Recruiter - sehr basic und einfach mit Standardfragen zum CV und zur Motivation 2. Ca. zwei Wochen später dann 26 Minuten mit dem Abteilungsleiter. Es wurde gefragt: erzählen über sich, warum Amazon und Führungserfahrungen. Danach gab es Zeit für eigene Fragen. Nach 26 Minuten war das Gespräch beendet. Das Gesamtverfahren an sich effizient und professionell.
