three rounds of interviews including a "skills" assessment exercise in the third round. I was recruited by the military recruiting team and the first two interviews included individuals with a military background. The last round of interviews did not contain interviewers with a military background so my examples of work experiences were very foreign to them. I was told at the beginning of the process that someone with a military background would be part of the interview process in each round. That did not happen.
