Amazon Operation Manager interview questions

The group discussion on a topic. Followed by a long wait as there were many people for the interview. Then they announced the list of qualified individuals for the next round. The next round was personal interview round - stress interview type. Then interview on the skills and knowledge on topic was done. Finally a telephonic interview to speak to an executive of the field.

Process was very thorough. Behavioral based questions. I was very impressed with interviewers. They were inspiring and knowledgeable. The interview was also accompanied by a site tour which showed the operation of the facility.
