Amazon Operation Manager interview questions

After submitting the initial application, there was a quick online test that evaluated basic math skills and decision making/leadership styles. This was followed by a 30 minute phone screen which had experience based questions as well as a math flow problem. Next was the on-site interview in which you meet with 4 current warehouse employees (likely HR, 2 operations managers, and the assistant GM).
