The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2025
Interview
I recently completed Amazon’s Online Assessment, which simulates real day-to-day activities and challenges. The test focused on problem-solving and decision-making, requiring me to prioritize tasks, respond to changing situations, and handle communication between multiple stakeholders. It provided realistic scenarios that tested both analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. I have not yet completed the phone interview stage, which is typically the next step in the process. This upcoming interview will likely focus on behavioral questions based on Amazon’s Leadership Principles, as well as situational problem-solving to further assess my fit for the role and the company culture.

tough, interviewer was cool and helped answer questions in a away that removed pressure and was a collective dialogue throughout. Very nice in communication and understanding pauses to think so my answers were cohesive
Online with hiring manager. They give you lots of prep beforehand so you understand what the format of the interview will be. This is very obvious for Amazon they have a very structured interview process.
