I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Limerick, Limerick)
Interview
Really nice interview, formal yet calm. They explained a bit about the company and job description etc, then began the formal interview process. Asked many questions on the CV and in my case, past university projects. Allowed time for me to ask them questions. Finished up with a tour of the lab facilities with two of the interview panel working in the team I interviewed to join. (Recent interview, no time to hear back with an offer)

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices in Oct 2022
Interview
Wouldn't tell me a salary range, went from brief screening phone call to a one on one. It was clear by the end of the one on one that they were trying to figure out what their job spec was by using interviewees as a resource. The job posting has been up for 7 months and is hidden and then unhidden repeatedly. I was grilled mostly on what my job actually is, and was asked questions that seemed more geared towards learning and education on behalf of the hiring manager, and not about myself or how I would be a fit for the job. They then ghosted me. I don't take it personally but again it is obvious that this was not a real interview process but more of a learning session for the hiring team to calibrate the job spec and salary requirements. Terrible practice but I hear this happens frequently these days.
Extremely bad experience. A panel of four interviewers were to take my interview but only two showed up on interview day. This clearly showed how unserious they were. They took an interview for more than 1 hour but hardly asked me any question rather talked about their Graduate Program all the time.
After a few days they called and told me that my educational background doesn’t match the job requirements. First of all it could have been seen in my CV if my educational background did not match then why call me for an interview? Secondly, you did not ask me any question regarding that field.
