I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Chandler, AZ)
Interview
Overall really straightforward. I had a phone interview to go over my resume. I had another offer I had to accept really soon so they rushed the other two interviews.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Analog Devices (San Jose, CA) in Sep 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn
- phone screen was good, recruiter gave me a good understanding about the position.
- then ghosted me for 4 weeks
- recruiter reached out again to schedule a Zoom interview with hiring manager
- got feedback next day to interview with head of department
- then ghosted me again, it’s been 4 weeks
It seems like if they need something from you they chase you down without giving you reasonable time. When they don’t need you they just ghosted you, never heard back.
It would be nice to at least reply email and give Candidates update on status. It is frustrating to experience this kind of interview.
