Arcadis Project Manager interview questions

I was approached by the recruitment team. They offered an interview with MS teams after reviewing my CV. I had a call back after a week. Overall a quick and easy experience.

HR was not involved, but 2 Line Managers + CEO in the very end. The first Line Manager approved, the second one refused me. CEO told his final word and approved. The whole interview took about an hour discussing general experience, soft and hard skills, English language proficiency, and my future professional plans. I'd waited for about 2 days and when HR called and officially offered me a job contract.
