I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arcadis
Interview
I was offered an interview quite quickly after applying for the role which was good. The interview itself I found to be quite unpleasant, just question after question after question with no opportunity to build any rapport with the interviewers. Despite stumbling with a couple of answers, the interview generally went quite well although even by the end the interviewers had not warmed up at all. I was told I would hear from them within two weeks but never heard anything after that day. I didn't bother to chase as I didn't like what I saw that day, and was offered a position elsewhere shortly after.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Arcadis
Interview
Meeting with senior associate of the business with a variety of structured questions. Professionally done and relatively informative allowing for the candidate to be expressive and show personality and character traits.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arcadis (Londen, Engeland) in Jan 2013
Interview
Smooth process, interview with team members then partner. Took around 2 months because of end of year holiday period. First interview was quite energetic with 2 team members who really helped understanding the firm. I was not what they were looking for the role but they still considered me for another role elsewhere in the business.
