the process was very simple. Only 2 phone interviews with the HR person. Also some test assessments in French and English. they needed somebody to start asap. The training had already started (2 days before)when I came on board.

Interview
I applied online and got a reply from HR a week later. Scheduled an interview for one week later. I was interviewed by a person from HR and the team leader. They were both friendly and the overall experience was nice. The next day I got the offer, which I accepted.

Question 1
Nothing about Arvato, although it's always good to be prepared. The usual questions about CS, (ex. how you handle difficult customers), some questions regarding targets and how you handle big workload. Question regarding my understanding of the product I would be supporting. A question on how I would keep a customer online to complete the survey.

Interview
The interview process is quite simple whereby they initially put you in a room with the other candidates and get each candidate to introduce himself and the position he is applying for (in my case we were all applying for the same department however some were applying for different languages within the same department). We were then given a practice telephone conversation - a sort of role play as well as writing a short answer to query so that they can test our verbal and writing skills.
