Applied online, got an email from company recruiter the next day that they're willing to move forward, and set a time for phone screen for 2 days later.I never got a call, or any emails regarding why they didn't call afterwards. just so unprofessional.
They spoke more than asking questions. They focused more on telling me what the role was about and whether i would like it or not. They glazed over my previous work experience.
