Present conversation with HR and future manager. Phone interview by HR and face to face interview with future manager. No written test, discussed about the academic background, technical skills and the career development preference, and also realize the working team and company background.

The interview process was relatively fast but I was only able to reach for my second interview. I was initially screened through phone call and was scheduled for a video conference interview within that week. The interviewer and the recruiter seemed nice during the interview. I asked how long should I wait for a feedback and they said a week or two. I contacted the recruiter a week after because I have an inquiry with the workday link I received a day after my interview and I received no response. However, the following morning, I just received a system generated email that they will not be pushing through with my application - no personal email or message from the recruiter just to tell me why they are not pushing through.
