Typical interview process, submitted application, got a call and phone chat then came in for an in person interview with the recruiter and hiring manager and was told I had an offer a week later!

Two weeks after I have applied for the advertised position, I was called to schedule an interview. The interview was very casual and enjoyable; once completed,I was told that I will hear back from them within a week. It didn't happen so I have followed it up with them. I was then told that the offer has been extended to another candidate.
