You have the option to attach other documents like a degree, awards, ect. If they think you might be a good fit they send you an email inviting you to take an online assessment questionaire. The link is in the email. Once yu open it you are to complete it in one sitting 30-50 minutes. It starts with Scenerios followed by a action statements you rate from very effective to very ineffective. It is a behavioral personality assessment. If you have a strong background you'll do fine. I'm awaiting the next step.
